    In this one day workshop for those qualified at NLP Practitioner and above, Karen and John will explore the psychology of regret, shame and how this impacts our ability to make good decisions in our lives now. We will also explore how to use NLP approaches and approaches outside the field of NLP to help ourselves and others to overcome regret, lay our ghosts to rest and make successful decisions now and in the future.

    During this course you will :

    •Develop your understanding of the psychology of regret, including exploring some of the studies and their implications on how people take action and no action.

    •Develop your understanding of the part deeply held shame issues can contribute to fear of regret, risk taking, decision making and how to work with them.

    •Learn how to neutralise regretful memories, work with shame issues and help people develop successful decision making strategies.

    •Learn how to unpack regret and shame issues safely, ecologically and ethically.

    •Learn how to leave the ghosts of regret behind and move on confidently.

    You must be qualified at NLP Practitioner or above to join this course or have other appropriate psychological knowledge, please check with us if you are not sure. Letter of attendance are available for CPD purposes, please let us know if you require one.
